EXCITING NEWS from RRC! Next year, through the generosity of the Joseph Slifka Foundation, RRC will be placing one of our students in a one year interfaith internship in Israel.
As the picture to the right graphically illustrates, Israel is a place where interfaith issues are very much alive.
We are looking forward to learning more about the various organizations engaged in interfaith work in Israel. Our Israeli program manager, Rabbi Mira Regev(pictured to the left) will be researching an appropriate site for our student to work.

Not feeling that Isreal is an interfaith kind-of-place. The conservative elements of most religious traditions are convinced that their belief systems constitute the "truth". Recognition that ALL revelations are only approximations of the truth can help unite religionists in the search for that LARGER truth - that larger reality which exists beyond all belief systems. We have enough competeing voices in the clamor of truth claims. Religionists have something to learn from each other. Being able to listen as well as tell is a critical skill.
